Welcome to Ranger. These terms govern your access to and use of our agentic infrastructure, APIs, and dashboard. By deploying on our platform, you agree to these conditions designed to ensure a secure, reliable environment for autonomous compute.
Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ranger AI Infrastructure (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms.
Our service is designed for high-concurrency agentic workloads. Use of the system implies that you have technical understanding of autonomous compute environments and the potential implications of non-deterministic AI behavior.
User Responsibilities
Deployment ethics and security mandates.
verified_user Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and administrative credentials. Ranger is not liable for unauthorized autonomous deployments triggered by compromised keys.
gavel Compliance
Deployments must comply with local and international laws regarding AI safety and data privacy. You may not use Ranger for generating prohibited content or malicious autonomous attacks.

Guaranteed Infrastructure Uptime
Scheduled maintenance windows are typically conducted during low-traffic periods (Saturdays 02:00-04:00 UTC). We provide a minimum of 48 hours notice via our Status Dashboard for any planned downtime that might exceed 5 minutes.
Intellectual Property
Ownership rights and data sovereignty.
Ranger Property
The platform, its proprietary orchestration algorithms, and visual interfaces are the exclusive property of Ranger AI.
User Property
You retain all rights to the data, models, and custom agent logic deployed on our infrastructure. Ranger does not claim ownership of user-generated compute outputs.
Limitation of Liability
Risk allocation and legal boundaries.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANGER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF AUTONOMOUS AGENTS. USERS ACKNOWLEDGE THE NON-DETERMINISTIC NATURE OF AI SYSTEMS AND ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PRODUCTION DEPLOYMENTS.
